Your main duties in flying with us:
- Produce marketing copy for various engagement channels (push notifications, pop-ups, newsletters) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Explore creative angles and new content ideas for hotel & accommodation campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Team in content brainstorming, execution, and quality control.
- Participate in competitor analysis and research on content/engagement trends to enrich creative ideas.
- Support campaign documentation and reporting, including campaign evidence collection
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Fresh graduate or has prior experience/background in content, copywriting, or creative fields.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Creative, exploratory, and proactive in pitching ideas.
- Agile — adapts quickly to changing briefs and priorities.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Passionate about travel; would be bonus point if familiar with Indonesian pop culture and social media trends.
- A pleasant team player who brings positive energy.
- Comfortable with a casual, collaborative team culture.
- Available for a 6 month internship.
