Stellenbeschreibung

  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen entlang der Supply Chain
  • Recherche und Bewertung aktueller Logistikinnovationen (z. B. autonome Transportsysteme, KI-Anwendungen, Robotik, digitale Zwillinge, IoT-Lösungen)
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien für innovative Logistiklösungen
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen (Business Cases, Kosten-Nutzen-Betrachtungen, ROI-Bewertungen)
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierungsstrategie des Werkes Bamberg
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und Management-Präsentationen
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams aus Logistik, Produktion, IT und Industrial Engineering
  • Unterstützung bei Pilotprojekten und Konzeptentwicklungen zur Umsetzung innovativer Logistiklösungen

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Produktionsmanagement oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen, eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Innovationsaffinität, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
  • Begeisterung: Supply Chain Management, Intralogistik und industriellen Materialflüssen
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Grundkenntnisse in Prozessanalyse und Prozessoptimierung, 
    Verständnis für Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungstechnologien
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Beginn: ab Oktober 2026
Dauer: ca. 4 - 6 Monate
