Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie unterstützen den Projektleiter im Sondermaschinenbau für Projekte mit Umfängen auch > 1 Mio. EUR
  • Außerdem integrieren Sie sich in das Projektteam und führen selbstständig Projektaufgaben durch
  • Sie analysieren Schwachstellen im Projektablauf
  • Sie gestalten im Rahmen der Digitalisierung von Projektmanagement-Tools aktiv mit
    • Bewerten von Prozessabläufen sowie Ableiten von Optimierungspotenzial
    • Entwerfen von Konzepten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Abläufe
    • Erfassung von Optimierungsbedarfen aus Feedback von User und Koordination der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbares
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Kontakt- und Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige, konstruktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Analytisches Denkvermögen, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Anwenderprogrammen (MS-Office, Power-BI, Power-Autoamte), Programmierkenntnisse z.B. VBA von Vorteil
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Beginn: ab Oktober 2026 
Dauer: mindestens 3 Monate
