The Accounting Apprentice will support the Finance team with routine accounting and administrative activities, including document organization, data entry, account reconciliations, spreadsheet updates, and assistance with month-end closing processes. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience, develop technical knowledge, and build a strong foundation for a career in Accounting within a global organization.

📌 Principais atividades:

• Apoiar no lançamento e na conferência de documentos contábeis;
• Auxiliar na organização de notas fiscais, recibos e comprovantes;
• Dar suporte à classificação de despesas e receitas;
• Apoiar as conciliações contábeis e bancárias;
• Atualizar planilhas, controles internos e informações nos sistemas da área;
• Auxiliar na preparação de documentos para o fechamento mensal;
• Organizar e arquivar documentos físicos e digitais;
• Apoiar a equipe contábil nas atividades administrativas do dia a dia.
