About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Process Optimization and Implementation: Analyze pain points in existing business processes, design improvement plans, and drive implementation. Monitor data and evaluate effectiveness to ensure that optimization measures are successfully implemented, improving operational efficiency and service quality.

Process System Construction: Build a group-level process management system, define design standards and specifications, and promote the development of supporting platforms to achieve standardization, visibility, and traceability of business processes.

Digital Tool Development: Develop process management tools based on business needs, promote the application of automation and system function upgrades, and facilitate the digital transformation of business processes to enhance technical coverage and execution efficiency.

Training and Awareness Enhancement: Develop process management training courses and organize training sessions to promote the value of process management, raise process awareness across the organization, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Effectiveness Evaluation and Iteration: Establish a process operation monitoring mechanism, regularly assess the effectiveness and benefits of process improvements, identify new issues, and drive continuous improvement to form a closed-loop management system.

Industry Trend Research: Track industry best practices and technological advancements, introduce innovative methods (e.g., AI tools, lean management), and promote the upgrading of process management capabilities and business model innovation.
