About the Role

What You Can Expect:

  • Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
  • Process applications and maintain candidate records in Workday.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Support the creation and posting of job advertisements.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for key positions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting.
  • Assist with employment offers and onboarding activities.
  • Help ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Assist with special projects and other recruitment initiatives as required.

What You Bring:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms is an asset.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or recruitment experience is considered an asset.
