Your role as HR Generalist Intern

As a member of HR Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams, strengthen our culture, and facilitate our growth. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a entrepreneurial environment.

Activities will include:

  • Supporting throughout the onboarding process for new hires, from pre-boarding preparation to the first weeks on the job, ensuring a smooth integration experience
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR administration, including contracts and documentation
  • Supporting internal HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational excellence
  • Contributing to the design and distribution of employee surveys, analyzing results to surface actionable insights on engagement and satisfaction
  • Providing support during performance review cycles, helping track deadlines and consolidate feedback
  • Creating reports to track key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover), helping the team monitor progress and growth
  • Leveraging AI and automation to boost HR processes and build smarter, scalable ways of working across People Operations

 

What we are looking for 

  • Passion for People and especially for HR processes
  • University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar will be considered a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Driven, active listener, humble and hard-working both independently and in team
  • Can join from September 2026 for a 6-month internship
