About the Role

As a ESG Analyst / Consultant, you will support the delivery of sustainability and ESG advisory projects, working closely with senior consultants and project managers. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about ESG concepts, climate and nature, decarbonisation, reporting frameworks, and sustainability trends, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering ESG advisory projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze ESG data; prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct sector-specific ESG research and contribute to thought leadership content.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain engagement for project success.
  • Stay updated on evolving ESG frameworks and best practices; contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Deliver accurate outputs within agreed timelines to meet client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–4 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or related roles.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
