Mergers & Acquisitions Intern

As a professional services company, Ayming partners with businesses and institutions around the world to unlock lasting value. Support the company's growth strategy by researching and evaluating acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and new markets.

Your daily life:

• Research potential acquisition targets across the U.S.  
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry developments.  
• Evaluate companies based on service offerings, geographic reach, and strategic fit.  
• Build and maintain acquisition prospect lists and company profiles.  
• Prepare executive summaries, scorecards, and recommendations.  
• Track M&A activity within tax consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors.  
• Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives. 

Idealy, but not exclusively:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field 
• Previous internship, project, or coursework in finance, consulting, market research, or corporate strategy  
• Familiarity with financial analysis, valuation, or M&A concepts
• Experience using research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar platforms
