About the Role

Die Porsche Holding Tochter Porsche Bank verfügt als internationales Finanzdienstleistungs-Unternehmen über eine breite Angebotspalette: von Finanzierungsprodukten (Leasing und Kredit) über Versicherung, Wartung, Flottenmanagement bis hin zu einer Reihe vielseitiger Mobilitätslösungen, wie Carsharing und Autoabo. Praktikumsdauer: 6 Monate

Das erwartet dich

  • Umsetzung von Tarif- und Produktänderungen in den Systemen der Porsche Bank
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams
  • Unterstützung bei der Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen gemeinsam mit Entwicklern und Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei Tests, Qualitätssicherung und der Vorbereitung von Produktivsetzungen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Produkten und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Mitarbeit an teaminternen Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation, Wissensaufbereitung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsprozesse

Das bringst Du mit

  • Laufendes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium (Spezialisierung Softwareentwicklung, IT Projektmanagement oder vergleichbares von Vorteil)
  • Interesse an IT‑Systemen, Daten und logischem Arbeiten (z. B. Excel, Tabellen, Strukturen)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Kreativität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 

Du benötigst keine IT-Expertise - technische Affinität, sauberes Arbeiten und Motivation zu lernen sind entscheidend.
