Working Student - Talent & HR // AI Music Video Platform

<p>Neural Frames is a leading AI music video generator, turning any song into a fully produced music video in minutes. We are a small, ambitious group of people, striving to build something creators love.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Support the hiring process end to end, from posting roles to coordinating with the team on next steps.</li> <li>Screen incoming applications and CVs against role requirements and shortlist promising candidates.</li> <li>Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and capture clear, structured notes for the team.</li> <li>Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers aligned throughout the process.</li> <li>Ensure all candidate communication reflects the Neural Frames brand and tone.</li> <li>Take on ad hoc HR tasks as needed, such as onboarding support, maintaining candidate and employee records, and general people operations.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone/video presence for screening calls.</li> <li>Good judgment in reviewing CVs and assessing candidates against role requirements.</li> <li>Well organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple candidates and interview schedules without dropping the ball.</li> <li>Ability to work independently.</li> <li>Discretion and care when handling confidential candidate and employee information.</li> <li>Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution, ideally in business, psychology, HR, or a related field.</li> <li>Fluent in German and English </li> <li>You live in Berlin.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with recruiting or HR tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn) is a plus.</li> <li>Interest in AI, creative tools, or the startup space.</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience at a fast-growing AI startup.</li> <li>Profit Sharing.
