The opportunity

Over 3,000 of our procurement and logistics professionals work across more than 100 countries, sourcing and delivering millions of products and services—spanning over 200 categories—from thousands of suppliers worldwide. We are looking for a Procurement Intern with fluency in English. In this role, you will support our team in delivering high-quality procurement services to our internal clients. You will work closely with procurement managers, team members, and internal stakeholders across Europe.
 
We offer a paid internship with the option to work either remotely or from the office, depending on your preference (our office is located in the heart of Kraków on Pawia Street). You can work between 25 and 40 hours a week, with a flexible schedule designed to make balancing work and studies easy. How you'll make a difference

  • Supporting the team in initiating orders in the system, confirming deliveries with suppliers, and monitoring/tracking order fulfillment according to requirements

  • Data entry and data verification tasks

  • Communicating with suppliers, buyers, technicians, project managers, and production planners via email and phone

  • Additional tasks following training and familiarization with core processes: creating more complex orders for international projects, assisting with invoice verification, collaborating with the accounting department, renewing contracts, and observing/learning about negotiations

  • Learning to use SAP software


Your background

  • You are a university student graduating in 2027 or later

  • You are eager to learn about supply chains and logistics (no prior experience required)

  • You have good communication skills and are proficient in English (B2+). Proficiency in German will be an additional advantage

  • You are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

  • You have basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
