About the Role

Job Description

  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring process coordination.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support training and development activities, including logistics coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related communications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute fresh ideas to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and special projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for an energetic, curious, and people-oriented student who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, brings new ideas to the table, and is excited to contribute to a high-performing HR team

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across different teams.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced or intermediate English skills (written and spoken).
  • Interest in Human Resources processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration.
