Sales Enablement Communications Intern

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Communications Intern to join our global Sales Enablement team, where innovation knows no borders. This team equips our global sales force with clear information so they can better serve travel suppliers like airlines and travel agencies. We turn complex updates into simple messaging to help sales professionals solve customer challenges. As a Sales Enablement Communications Intern, you will shape internal messages that keep our commercial organization aligned. You will review content for clarity and transform complex business updates into easy materials for sales teams. This 12-month internship program begins in September 2026. This role requires sharp attention to detail, execution discipline and a drive to build cleaner ways for teams to consume information.

What you'll do

  • Draft and format internal email communications that provide the sales team with clear information.
  • Review submitted content for consistency and alignment with writing guidelines.
  • Organize communication topics and track deadlines to execute project plans effectively.
  • Simplify complex information into short-form content that internal audiences can easily apply.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence and automation tools to reduce manual formatting and improve editing speed.

What you'll bring

  • Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in marketing, communications, media, public relations or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to one year of academic or practical experience writing, editing and simplifying clear content for targeted audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Teams to organize deliverables and track deadlines.
  • Practical experience using generative artificial intelligence tools to brainstorm ideas and refine written drafts faster.
