What You’ll Do:

  • Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Help coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
  • Support the recruitment team by posting job ads and managing candidate data
  • Attend career fairs and assist with outreach to local colleges and universities
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in special projects to improve recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Organized with good time management skills
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and a problem-solver
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset

Location: This role will be based out of our Sioux Center, IA Location.
