The Opportunity

At Abbott Molecular, we are dedicated to providing innovative diagnostic testing solutions that help improve patient outcomes worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Business Administration Internship Programme. This role offers valuable exposure to administrative support, travel coordination, finance processes, and event management within a dynamic healthcare environment.

About the Role

As an Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to a variety of business support activities, including:

  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative responsibilities
  • Managing travel arrangements for the Service Team
  • Processing Purchase Orders (POs), primarily for travel-related expenses
  • Submitting invoices to Finance for payment processing
  • Acting as the liaison between the travel agency and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties
  • Receiving and welcoming Abbott Molecular guests
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with internal events and meeting coordination

This internship is designed to provide recent graduates with meaningful learning opportunities, professional development, and real-world corporate experience within a global healthcare organisation.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • A completed Diploma or Degree in Business Administration,, or a related field
  • Be a recent graduate
  • Not be currently employed
  • Ideally have no formal work experience
  • Be available to start on 1 September 2026
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
