Position Summary:


TRAA is seeking motivated and dependable high school students for internship opportunities designed to provide hands-on professional experience and workplace skill development. Interns will assist staff with daily operations, administrative support, and program activities while gaining exposure to a professional work environment. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in developing communication, leadership, organizational, and career readiness skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist staff with general office and administrative tasks
  • Organize files, documents, and program materials
  • Help prepare materials for meetings, events, and activities
  • Support program staff during workshops, events, and community activities
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide basic customer service
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate records as assigned
  • Participate in team meetings and training opportunities
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the workplace
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in high school
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
