About the Role

Company Description

As an Operations Intern, you will be part of the team that ensures Red Bull products are delivered to the right place at the right time. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different supply chain processes, from coordinating imports to managing inventory and supporting invoicing activities, while working cross-functionally with different areas of the company and external business partners.

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and eager-to-learn individual who enjoys challenges and wants to grow in a dynamic environment where every task has a direct impact on the business.

Job Description

IMPORT PROCESS

  • Support the import process for cans and promotional materials.
  • Prepare import documentation, coordinating with the different stakeholders involved and following up on shipments.
  • Perform import cost calculations and review import files before submitting them to Finance for accounting.
  • Monitor and follow up with customs brokers to ensure the import process runs smoothly.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Process inventory movements in SAP.
  • Manage orders and deliveries for the Service Station channel.
  • Coordinate product replenishment for the office, Sales and Marketing warehouses, events, and third-party locations.

INVOICING

  • Support the invoicing process, including the issuance of credit notes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Available to complete a 12–18 month internship.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate level of English (preferred).
  • Previous experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
