About the Role

MusicMajlis.co – The Middle East’s largest online music store.

We are a young and fast-growing company with strong ambitions. Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and real responsibility. We are looking for someone who is ready to work, learn, and contribute from day one.


Role Overview

We are specifically hiring for a Data Entry & Product Support role. This role focuses on maintaining product information, supporting customer communication via WhatsApp, and ensuring accurate catalog management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and updating product information on MusicMajlis platforms
  • Managing and organizing product catalogs (SKUs, descriptions, pricing)
  • Responding to customer inquiries via MusicMajlis WhatsApp
  • Developing basic product knowledge across brands
  • Supporting daily eCommerce operations and coordination tasks
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all entries

Advantage: Knowledge of the Shopify platform

Important Note

This role is focused on execution and learning foundational skills. It is designed for skill-building, discipline, and operational exposure.

Job Details

  • Role Type – Internship
  • Duration – 3 Months
  • Location – MM HQ, Near Deira City Center
  • Work Timings – 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday & Saturday till 2:00 PM
  • Visa Requirement – Valid dependent or student visa required (No visit visas)

Basic MS Office / Excel skills
