Requisitos

  • Estudiantes de últimos ciclos de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas o Ingeniería Informática
  • Conocimientos específicos: Power BI, Excel Avanzado y opcionales (Automation Anywhere, Python, PowerApps, RapidMiner) 

Funciones:

  • Gestión de infraestructura tecnológica: Administrar servidores y dispositivos tecnológicos; así como la implementación de software en el área comercial.
  • Mantenimiento y soporte técnico a los tableros y desarrollos de la gerencia en Power BI y Automation Anywhere.
  • Soporte y seguimiento de proyectos digitales de la gerencia: Herramientas CRM, Portal de Clientes, y App de Flotas
  • Seguimiento de incidencias de toda la gerencia
  • Seguimiento al plan de cobertura y de captación de nuevos clientes.
  • Recopilación y ejecución de las acciones requeridas: (cambio de condición de crédito, dirección fiscal, destinatarios anexos, etc.)
  • Conciliación de despachos con planta al cierre del día para validar que se hayan registrado los descuentos comerciales aprobados.
