REQUISITOS:

  • Estudiantes de últimos ciclos de las carreras de Derecho
  • Conocimientos en Derecho Civil y Contractual, Derecho Penal, Derecho Societario y Protección de Datos Personales.
  • Interés en hacer prácticas en áreas de Compliance y en el sector energético.

FUNCIONES:

  • Revisión y seguimiento de los cambios en la normativa legal que impacten el alcance del Modelo de Prevención (Programa de Compliance).
  • Apoyo en revisión de contratos para identificar y mitigar riesgos de Compliance (LA/FT, corrupción, prevención penal, libre competencia, datos personales, sanciones internacionales, indemnidades y resolución contractual).
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de informes de Compliance.
  • Apoyo en la ejecución de medidas y procedimientos de debida diligencia (Due Diligence).
  • Apoyo en revisión y absolución de consultas relacionadas al ámbito de Compliance.
  • Identificación y evaluación preliminar de riesgos de Compliance asociados a nuevas iniciativas o proyectos.
  • Apoyo en preparación de presentaciones en Power Point y otras actividades requeridas por el área.
