Internship 2026, Manila – HR Advisory

Looking for an internship for 2026 in Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands‑on experience into our business. The internship will be conducted in our Manila offices, with duration based on university requirements.

This Internship Program includes exciting opportunities within the HR Advisory team.

The opportunity:

We are recruiting an Intern to join our HR Advisory team. The HR Intern will lead the development of an integrated HR knowledge and self-service ecosystem designed to enhance the effectiveness of HR Advisory and HR Operations across APAC. The project aims to improve accessibility to HR information, standardize advisory guidance, empower managers with self-service tools, and deliver a more consistent employee experience through the creation of a centralized Knowledge Hub, HR Advisory Playbook, and Manager Self-Service Toolkit.

What you can expect:

The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR Advisory and Operations across APAC by working on a strategic project focused on knowledge management, process improvement, and employee experience. They will collaborate with HR stakeholders, develop practical HR tools and resources, strengthen project management skills, and contribute solutions that create meaningful business impact.

Your scope may include the following:

Support the development of centralized APAC HR Knowledge Hub, standardized advisory guidance, and manager self-service tools to improve access to information, service consistency, and operational efficiency. The HR Intern will contribute to the creation of knowledge management and self-service solutions that strengthen HR operations, reduce routine inquiries, and enhance the overall manager and employee experience.

What we require from you:

You will be an existing student in your penultimate year of study, expecting to graduate between October 2026 and August 2027.

You bring:

  • Strong interest in HR Advisory, HR Business Partnering, or Employee Relations
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
