TE Connectivity’s Career Pathways Program is an early careers scholarship initiative designed for top performing rising sophomores and juniors. As a participant, you will be eligible to receive up to $22,500 in need-based financial support and will have the opportunity to work in a global organization. Through the program, you will build professional skills, have the potential to expand your network globally, and be exposed to senior leadership while making a difference in the community around you. At TE, we offer meaningful work experiences that shape future careers, providing the resources and support to help you discover your passion.

Responsibilities
Program Overview
Internship opportunities are available across TE’s business units and Corporate Functions, offering hands-on experience in various dynamic areas. Some examples of potential roles include Finance, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Molding Engineering, Product Development Engineering, Product Management, Quality & Reliability Engineering, Supply Chain Analyst and more. Final internship assignments will be determined based on business need at the time of internships/participant alignment. During your internship, you will help bring our purpose to life and will be involved with challenging work that helps us make connections that move the world forward.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial), Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited college or university. Also accepted Mechatronics, Supply Chain, Operations Management: Business Operations, Business Management, Business Administration
- Must be a Sophomore (2029) or Junior (2028)
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Available to work full-time, M-F, 40 hours a week, up to 10-12 weeks
- Have earned a high school diploma or GED
- Highly self-motivated, team-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably have prior internship or relevant work experience
- Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
$17.45-$55.22/hr. based on experience & qualifications
