About the role:

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Finance & Accounting? Join our 3-month Internship Program and gain practical experience in a global business environment. This opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates who want to develop their skills, work with professional financial systems, and gain valuable insight into finance operations within an international organization.

The internship is part-time (20 hours per week) and paid 30 PLN per hour.

What you will do:

As part of our Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay, PTP) team, you will support daily financial operations and contribute to the efficient delivery of services across the organization. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain exposure to core accounting processes, develop your analytical skills, and build practical knowledge of key finance systems, including SAP.

In this role, you will:

  • Process and manage incoming Procure-to-Pay (PTP) documents accurately and efficiently

  • Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues and discrepancies

  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Support month-end closing activities and related financial processes

  • Assist with various PTP operations and process improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process execution

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English -

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a shared services environment is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week

Our Global Shared Service Center supports Electrolux operations worldwide, delivering services across Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Reporting & Analysis, and Product Documentation.
