Ready to kickstart your career in digital engineering and smart infrastructure? We're offering an exciting Project Intern opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of Digital Building and Digital Power projects.

You'll work alongside project managers, engineers, and technical teams to contribute to project execution, system integration, commissioning activities, data analysis, and customer engagement, while developing practical skills in smart building technologies, energy management systems, IoT solutions, digital twins, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

 

What will you do:

  • Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating project activities, including maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and progress reports.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of Digital Building Solutions, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), IoT-enabled smart sensors, building analytics platforms, and digital twin applications.
  • Support Digital Power and energy management projects through power monitoring, system configuration, energy performance analysis, and sustainability optimization initiatives.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report operational and energy-related data, while developing dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, engineering records, testing protocols, commissioning documentation, and user guides, while supporting system testing and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders by participating in project meetings, coordinating project deliverables, and supporting customer presentations, demonstrations, and site assessments.

 

What qualifications will make you successful:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical EngineeringMechatronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. This foundation will help you understand sustainability concepts while developing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Customer Focus: Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, building relationships, and coordinating across teams to drive progress and achieve shared objectives. 
  • Skill Set: This role is ideal for students who are interested in developing strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills while supporting Smart Buildings and Building Automation, Energy Management, Power Distribution Systems, IoT and connected devices, Digital Twin Concepts, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency, and Data Analytics. You'll gain hands-on experience in tackling real-world issues, enriching your professional journey and personal growth.
