Kick-start your career in supply chain with a role designed for learning and growth. We're seeking an Intern to join our Supply Chain Planning team, where you'll gain hands-on experience optimizing materials flow and supporting efficient delivery processes.

 

What will you do?

  • Support the management of the Schneider Supplier Portal by assisting with supplier user registrations and ensuring timely access to the platform.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Supply Chain Planning dashboards, tracking key KPIs and understanding the business drivers behind performance metrics.
  • Contribute to digitization and AI initiatives by helping implement solutions that address planning challenges and enhance decision-making for supply chain teams.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive continuous improvement through increased visibility of planning parameters and process optimization opportunities.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, analyze business needs, and present recommendations to stakeholders to support operational excellence and supply chain performance.

 

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support KPI dashboard development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with SMEs, understand both user and customer perspectives, and confidently present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in supply chain, operations, or logistics with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges
