Job Description & Summary

  • Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
  • Prepare functional design documents, user guides, and training materials.
  • Deliver user training sessions and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers during implementation projects.
  • Assist with data migration, solution deployment, and post-go-live support.
