About the Role

Job Description

The KPMG Foundations Program is a short introductory program for students from all degree backgrounds at the beginning of their studies who want to start exploring careers options and building the skills needed to prepare for professional life.  

This program is for you if want to learn what jobs you could do with your degree, are interested in learning about the work a professional services firm does and want to meet grads who have recently started their careers.

At this one-day program, you will:

  • Learn about KPMG and the work we do
  • Take part in interactive workshops to optimise your CV and gain valuable interview skills
  • Hear from current KPMG graduates on their experience starting in the graduate program
  • Meet people from a range of KPMG teams and learn about the work they do.
  • Receive early access to apply to our Vacationer Program (if eligible).

Eligibility:

  • The Foundations Program is open to all university students, but preference will be given to pre-penultimate (that’s the first year of a three-year degree, or the second year of a four-year degree) in locations where demand is high.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian Permanent Residents, or Australian visa holders can apply for the Foundations Program, except for Canberra where you must be an Australian citizen.
  • Completing undergraduate or postgraduate degree

The Foundations Program is an in-person event held at KPMG offices nationally.
