About the Role
Position
Project Management Intern

Job Summary

Link4 is seeking a proactive and organized Project Management Intern to support the Delivery Team
with customer implementations and day-to-day project coordination. This is a hands-on opportunity
to gain experience in SaaS delivery, ERP integrations, customer onboarding, User Acceptance
Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with project and customer-facing teams and will use
approved AI tools responsibly to improve planning, documentation, reporting, follow-up, and
process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
● Support customer onboarding and software implementation activities.
● Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting agendas, minutes,
action registers, scope documents, change requests, and handover documentation.
● Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items; follow up with
owners and escalate delays when required.
● Coordinate meetings and communications with customers and internal teams.
● Keep project management tools and implementation records accurate and up to date.
● Assist with UAT and quality assurance activities, including test coordination, defect tracking,
evidence collection, and follow-up.
● Support production cut over planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation handover.
● Use approved AI tools to draft, summarize, organize, and analyze project information, while
checking outputs for accuracy and protecting confidential information.
● Identify opportunities to improve project templates, workflows, reporting, and team efficiency.

support project management tasks or activities. Examples may come from work, study, volunteering,
or personal/team projects and could include project planning, meeting minutes, action tracking, risk
analysis, status reporting, stakeholder communications, UAT support, or process improvement.
For each example, briefly explain:
● the task or problem;
● the AI tool used and how you used it;
● how you checked the accuracy and quality of the output; and
● the outcome or time saved.

Applications that do not include these AI use cases may not be considered.

Requirements


Requirements
● Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Software
Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of project management principles and the software development
lifecycle; familiarity with Agile ways of working is an advantage.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
● Clear written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
● A proactive, dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Practical familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of responsible use, including fact-
checking outputs and protecting customer and company information.
● Familiarity with Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
● Exposure to SaaS implementations, ERP systems, or customer delivery environments is an
advantage.
