About the Role

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung der Bau- und Projektleitung bei der Abwicklung eines anspruchsvollen SF-Bauvorhabens

  • Unterstützung bei der Kundenbetreuung vor, während und nach der Bauphase sowie der qualifizierten Betreuung der Nachunternehmer

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung gewerkebezogener Massen und Leistungsverzeichnissen

  • Unterstützung beim Termincontrolling und Qualitätsmanagement

  • Mitarbeit beim Projektcontrolling und bei der Projektdokumentation

Profil

  • Sie haben seit mehreren Semestern gute Leistungen im Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau) oder Architektur

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in MS Projekt und CAD-Programmen sowie AVA-Programmen

  • Besonderes Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
