Job Description

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist in managing and updating social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Support content creation including captions, visuals, short videos, and stories.
  • Help schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages).

Content & Website Management

  • Assist in updating website content, banners, and promotions.
  • Proofread digital content to ensure brand tone, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.

Campaign & Email Marketing

  • Support digital campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Assist with email marketing newsletters and database updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect content and visuals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in tracking digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic).
  • Prepare basic reports and insights to support decision-making.

Administrative & Creative Support

  • Maintain digital content libraries and asset folders.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research in digital marketing and hospitality.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and branding projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Good writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
