  • Basic understanding of MATLAB, Simulink, engineering analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong interest in locomotive, transportation, energy, or industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with control system modeling and simulation concepts.
  • Experience with academic projects involving controls, automation, robotics, electrification, or embedded systems is a plus.
  • Exposure to Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or data analytics tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What will your typical day look like?
