About the Role

Description

Department: Marketing 

Supervisor: Asher Selle, Associate Director of Marketing & Communications 

Duration: Academic Term 

Availability: One 4-hour shift between 10:00 AM-6:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday.


Position Summary

The Communications & Marketing Assistant supports ICP's digital marketing efforts through reporting, audience analysis, data collection, and communications research. This role provides practical experience working with digital marketing and analytics tools used by nonprofit organizations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull performance data from digital platforms
  • Assist with social media, email, and website analytics reporting
  • Conduct marketing and audience research
  • Support communications projects as assigned
  • Organize reporting and performance data


Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
  • Interest in marketing analytics and audience development
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus


Eligibility

Only currently enrolled One-Year Certificate (OYC) students are eligible to apply. All applicants will be reviewed by the OYC Program Coordinator to confirm enrollment and eligibility.
