Für die Hauptabteilung „Services Order Management“ im Bereich Customer Services suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) am Standort Ulm.



Der Gesamtbereich Services & Training verantwortet die globale strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der HENSOLDT Services sowie alle operativen Aufgaben, die den Integrated Logistics und Service Support (ILS/ISS) weltweit betreffen. 

 

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im Services Order Management
  • Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Daten zur Identifikation von Effizienz- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Anwendung von KI- und Data-Science-Modellen im Business-Intelligence-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung kleinerer Tools und Automatisierungslösungen, beispielsweise mit Python, C/C++ oder Java
  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Erprobung agentenbasierter Systeme zur Unterstützung betrieblicher Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration datengetriebener Lösungen in bestehende BI- und Systemlandschaften
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Solution Architects, System Ownern und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Bearbeitung abgegrenzter Arbeitspakete nach entsprechender Einarbeitung
  • Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Masterstudium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an datengetriebener Prozessoptimierung im Service- und Order-Management-Umfeld
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in KI, Machine Learning oder Data Science
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python und/oder C/C++ und/oder Java
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit BI-Tools, Datenanalysen oder Prozessdaten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Ownership und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
