About the Role

and other Sports groups

[What you will be working on]

  • Support the day-to-day operations and coordination of sports programmes and activities.

  • Assist in scheduling and keeping track of booking schedules of Community Auditorium and Town Square.

  • Provide onsite event support including event set-up and teardown which may extend beyond midnight due to event requirements.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of major events and community programme organised by OTH.

  • Support stakeholder engagement and relationship management with partners and sports groups. ​

  • Assist with administrative duties, office documentation and operational coordination when applicable.

[What we are looking for]

  • Full-time diploma students from Hospitality, Sports & Wellness, Health & Leisure, Management, Communications, or related fields who are seeking a matriculated internship opportunity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented; process-driven.

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks at hand.

  • Flexibility in schedule, as some programmes & events happens after office hours or on weekends

  • Punctuality and eagerness to learn

  • An inquisitive and collaborative spirit – do not be afraid to ask questions.
