The Position

职位职责：

  • 协助通过指定渠道接收、记录、分类和跟踪来自医疗卫生专业人士、罗氏员工和患者的医学问询。
  • 基于经批准的资料和模板，协助起草准确、平衡、客观且及时的答复；所有对外答复须经授权团队成员审核批准后方可发送。
  • 在问询处理中，协助识别潜在药物警戒（PV）相关信息，按照SOP及时上报，并支持相关记录和转交。
  • 协助编写和更新常见问题的本地医学信息标准答复，并维护基于疾病领域的医学信息知识库。
  • 开展常规桌面和文献检索，支持竞品情报（CI）更新及医学/科学前沿进展跟踪；整理信息来源并形成简明摘要。
  • 支持医学问询数据的清洗、分类和基础分析，协助准备常规、半年度或按需的问询分析报告。
  • 支持MI相关项目、流程/文档优化及内部利益相关方协调，确保数据质量、信息保密和合规，并完成导师安排的其他MI内勤支持工作。
  • 支持协助团队和导师指定的其他工作任务。
