About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist & Culture Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and culture initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and culture development where you will have exposure to co-creating various employee engagement related activities during your internship with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for them in the organization as well as offboarding activities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment including team-building activities, local festivals, wellness programs, and recognition events.
  • Assist in training operations including the liaison with internal and external stakeholders, training administration and logistics preparation and facilitation.
  • Play an active role in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts.
  • Assist in gathering HR metrics and data to support reporting and analysis of HR trends and performance.
  • Prepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and posters.

Who We Look For

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Prior HR internship experience would be a plus.
  • Available to start immediately or from December 2026.
  • Strong interest in HR management, organizational culture, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Require bilingual proficiency as of communications with global and HQ teams are conducted in both English and Mandarin.
