Founder's Associate - Internship

<p>We&#39;re an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI and backed by €1M+ in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC. Our mission is to bring the latest advances in Robot Learning and Physical AI into real industrial deployment.</p> <p>As a Founder&#39;s Associate, you&#39;ll work directly with the founder across nearly every aspect of building the company. From strategy and hiring to business development and marketing, you&#39;ll gain a front-row seat to what it takes to build a venture-backed deep-tech startup from the ground up.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Support the founder in day-to-day company building</li> <li>Build streamlined, AI-native business operations</li> <li>Support sales, business development and customer outreach</li> <li>Manage and continuously improve our online presence and marketing</li> <li>Manage employer branding, hiring pipeline and establish onboarding process</li> <li>Coordinate operational topics including accounting, finance and administrative task</li> <li>Take ownership of multi-disciplinary projects wherever help is needed</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management &amp; Technology, Business Informatics or a related field</li> <li>Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship and technology</li> <li>Technical curiosity and the motivation to understand robotics and manufacturing</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in German and English</li> <li>Structured, proactive and highly self-driven</li> <li>Experience with Notion, GitHub, Lovable, n8n, Zapier, Claude Cowork or similar </li> <li>Experience in the automation or manufacturing industry is a plus</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Take Ownership:</strong> Join an early-stage startup where your ideas have a direct impact on the company, product, and technology.</li> <li><strong>Your Entry into Physical AI:</strong> Gain first-hand exposure to robotics, manufacturing, venture building and Physical AI while working directly with the founder.
