What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) in our Customer Office within the Strategic Compliance and Trust Office (SCTO), you will focus on global strategic topics with an emphasis on security and cloud compliance, providing support to our C-Level cross board. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting strategic topics in regular meetings and assisting in setting up strategic projects
• Playing a part in strategic decisions on prioritization and implementing process improvements across SAP
• Using analytical skills to drive changes in stakeholder processes
• Collaborating with cross-teams globally to build bridges between SAP internal stakeholders
• Assisting in planning, executing, and following up on expert meetings and C-Level Meetings
• Supporting key stakeholders by sharing the latest information, achievements, outcomes, and learning about SAP’s annual budgeting process
• Contributing to our quality initiatives
• Having the opportunity to take full ownership of your topics, including setting up meetings, preparing them, and presenting the results to relevant stakeholders

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating C-Level/Executive slides with PowerPoint, and demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Planner (Tasks) or Power Automate
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with virtual and international teams
• General IT knowledge, project management skills, and an interest in SAP’s strategy
• AI proficiency, including effective and efficient prompting skills to leverage AI tools in daily work
• A consulting mindset – structured thinking, stakeholder orientation, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent team player with strong networking and independent working abilities, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn quickly in an international team environment

Where you belong

The Customer Office within the Strategic Compliance and Trust Office (SCTO) plays a crucial role in ensuring that SAP’s security and cloud compliance efforts are visible in the market and aligned with business objectives.
Our purpose is to support and reinforce SAP’s Security and Cloud Compliance Go-to-Market strategy, provide transparency and simplicity to internal and external stakeholders, orchestrate relevant messaging and feedback, and ultimately enhance customer retention and adoption. We work closely with a broad network of stakeholders across the security and cloud compliance lifecycle, with a strong focus on both external and internal clients, and provide SAP executives with transparency into compliance patterns, threats, and opportunities.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
