We are MYNE Homes - the smartest way to own your dream holiday property. With our innovative Co-Ownership offering, we provide more people with the opportunity to fulfill their dream of owning a vacation home. Founded by serial entrepreneurs and supported by some of the most renowned business angels in Europe (e.g. founders of Auto1, Smava, and Numa), we are growing rapidly and are looking for you to help us build the next Proptech Unicorn!

In your role as an Intern - Investment & Asset Management (m/f/x), you will work directly with Senior Management on all aspects of Finance and Investment. This includes investment analysis, due diligence examination of acquisitions, and building up Controlling, Financial Planning and Analytics.

Your mission

  • Conducting scenario-based financial models and cash flow analyses for potential acquisitions and managed assets.
  • Establishing financial controlling and creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses (budget, forecast, and actuals).
  • Analyzing and interpreting financial metrics to derive recommendations for action.
  • Assisting in the creation of business cases and updating the business plan.
  • Ensuring efficiency and consistency of planning across divisions.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses for various stakeholders.
  • Evaluating financing solutions for property acquisition and development.
  • Providing investment recommendations/proposals and regularly presenting to stakeholders.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, real estate, or a similar field with an outstanding grade point average.
  • Ideally, you have some prior experience in real estate, transaction management, controlling, or finance (internships/work experience).
  • You possess the ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You have excellent analytical and structured work skills.
  • Strong MS-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
  • Native or fluent in both German and English (C1).
