Position Summary
Manufacturing Process Engineering Intern responsible for supporting the Engineering team in the implementation, documentation, analysis, and improvement of engine assembly processes for Polaris UTVs. Participates in process optimization projects, continuous improvement initiatives, data analysis, change validation, and operational support, collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Logistics teams.

Required Qualifications
• Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Power BI, AutoCAD, or basic design software.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality improvement tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Academic experience in process analysis, time and motion studies, or continuous improvement initiatives.
