Objective

The Commercial LATAM Intern will support the regional commercial team in coordinating distributor-related activities, sales reporting, business planning, and cross-functional projects across Latin America. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations, sales support, market analysis, and stakeholder management while collaborating with teams and partners across multiple LATAM markets.



Activities

  • Support the LATAM Commercial team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of sales reports, projections, and performance tracking documents.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders across LATAM to support commercial initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership meetings, including executive-level presentations in English.
  • Support communication and relationship management with distributors and key stakeholders across approximately 14 LATAM markets.



Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Final-year student preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal.



Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Assertive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
  • Interest in developing a career in commercial, sales, business operations, or regional management functions.



Important Details

  • 3 days per week, flexibility to adjust working hours based on university.
  • On-site Internship: Coyol Free Zone, Alajuela
