Who will you be working with?

You will be part of the Wabtec Legal team, which supports all business divisions by delivering practical and compliant legal solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams across different functions, as well as external law firms, contributing to a broad range of legal matters.

 

How will you make a difference?

As a Legal Intern, you will support the company’s legal routines and contribute to maintaining compliance across different areas of the business. You will work with diverse topics and stakeholders, gaining exposure to multiple areas of law and business operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop both technical legal knowledge and interpersonal skills, while actively contributing to the effectiveness of the Legal function.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Law degree (from the 4th semester onward)
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and innovate
  • Responsibility and commitment
  • Interest in technology
  • Team-oriented mindset, with openness to diversity and different perspectives

 

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

  • Knowledge of Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-discipline

  • Support legal routines across different areas of the company
  • Conduct legal research and assist in preparing reports
  • Help manage and track judicial processes
  • Support administrative activities within the Legal department
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external law firms
