ABOUT THE JOB

The Retail Customer Success Intern will support the Retail Customer Success team in delivering high-quality service to retail clients by assisting with data analysis, reporting, client requests, and operational activities. This role provides exposure to the FMCG and retail industry, client relationship management, and NIQ's data and analytics solutions.

This is a fixed term, one year contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Customer Success team in the preparation of client deliverables, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in monitoring data quality and identifying potential inconsistencies.
  • Help analyze retail and market performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Support the resolution of client inquiries and operational issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update customer-related documentation and tracking tools.
  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation of best practices.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day team activities.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in retail, FMCG, Electro IT market research, and data analytics.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
