Overview

About The RoleAs a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS maintenance, ServiceNow ticket management, employee engagement initiatives, documentation, and HR process support. You will work closely with HR team members while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to) • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department, includingfiling, document management, and data entry.• Manage and track ServiceNow tickets related to HR inquiries, ensuring timelyresolution and communication with employees.• Help HR team members with the onboarding and offboarding processes, includingpreparing documentation and scheduling meetings.• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources InformationSystem).• Support the coordination of HR events, trainings, and employee engagementactivities.• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation.• Respond to HR-related queries via email, phone, or through ServiceNow tickets,providing timely and accurate information.• Perform general office duties such as organizing files, managing office supplies, andsupporting HR projects as needed.• Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.• Collaborate with HR team members to streamline administrative processes andimprove efficiency.

 

Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.• Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow, is a plus but not required.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
