PURPOSE:

This position involves the new chemical registration, customer inquire response, usage of SAP database, and usage of chemistry knowledge to ensure that Lubrizol products can comply with varies regulations and customer requirements. And it offers the chance for the position holder to learn more about a career in compliance service for products, and the knowledge on SAP database, new chemical management regulations in China and Taiwan, and industry chemical regulations as well.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of new chemical notification dossiers in China and Taiwan;
  • Assist in regulatory compliance data management/supports to customers and businesses with SAP and other tools;
  • Assisting in compliance assessments (reg block) for product shipments to Asia Pacific areas via corporate process
  • Assist in regulatory reports/statements preparation;
  • Support other PSCD function teams as needed;

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education Background:

  • University students with a Master degree in chemical related major;

Technical Skills & Experiences Preferred:

  • Good oral/written English level;
  • Strong orientation toward daily customer service environment; detail oriented;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Access, SharePoint a plus;
  • Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a team environment;
  • Available at least 3 days per week;
