Working Student (f/m/d) - Large Enterprise Sales Support

What you´ll build

We are looking for a motivated working student to support our Large Enterprise Sales team focused on the Service Industries segment. You will work closely with experienced account managers and sales executives, gaining hands-on insight into complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the account teams, including scheduling, tracking action items, and maintaining sales documentation
• Assist in the creation of customer-facing presentations, pitch decks, and tailored sales materials
• Support the development of business cases and value propositions for enterprise opportunities
• Help plan, coordinate, and prepare content for customer workshops, executive briefings, and internal team events
• Conduct research on target accounts, industry trends, and competitive landscape to feed into account strategies
• Maintain and update CRM records, opportunity trackers, and reporting tools

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Experience in customer service and an interest in digitalization and AI
• Computer skills / Programming languages: MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Language skills: Fluent in German, English or other language; written or/and verbal
• Soft skills: Responsible | Team-oriented | Analytical | Solution-oriented | Strong communicator | Adaptable | Organized | Proactive | Thorough
• Working from Hamburg office is required

Where you belong

Large Enterprise Sales team focused on the Service Industries segment.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
