We have an exciting opportunity for you as Kitchen Intern to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Kitchen Intern you are responsible to assist in maintaining a smooth operation within the Kitchen Department by supporting the culinary team with daily food preparation, kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety standards, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Provide general support to the culinary team
• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Help with preparation and organization of ingredients
• Assist the team from time to time when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen and work areas
• Support proper storage, labeling and handling of food items
• Handling kitchen administration and maintaining good relationships with different departments

Ideally, you should have, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task.
