The Role

Based in Brussels Gare Maritime (Belgium), you will work in the Customer Business Development (CBD) team which is responsible to identify, develop & implement category development plans for all our customers and channels.  
The team will provide you with various learning opportunities with regards to executing customers’ plans, analyzing consumer data, identifying strategies, understanding of the P&L and business. 

What you'll be responsible for

  • Account Management & daily operations

Assist in preparing client meetings 

Provide timely support on ad-hoc requests and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks 

Help track objectives for key customers  

  • Long-Term Projects 

Once settled in, contribute to strategic projects aimed at driving growth and improving processes. 

Collaborate with Key Account Managers on initiatives to uncover new business opportunities. 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting 

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. 

Report insights and provide recommendations for assortment and promotion optimization. 

We're looking for someone who

  • You are available for 5 to 6 months starting September 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).  

  • You are enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Business Economics.  

  • You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French.  

  • You have a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships  

  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and can interpret data to support business decisions. 

  • You have a passion for high performance and are eager to learn 

  • You are a team player who collaborates effectively with others. 

  • You can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
