About the Role

Main Purpose of the Role:

To execute daily reporting and activities to ensure efficient execution from day-to-day operations. Support Trade team in coordination and execution on the tasks assigned, document management, and trade related activities.

Main Tasks:

  • Assist in managing trade documents, such as DTLI tracker; revenue reports, pipeline and actuals monitoring.
  • Maintenance of market share and customer performance on a weekly basis, advise outliers to the trade team.
  • Organizing trade records, preparing presentations and reports.
  • Maintain database on performance events (operational, logistics or commercial).
  • Building presentation in preparation for pipeline meetings or as needed.
  • Responsible of pricing system maintenance – tariff FMC and Non-FMC.
  • Benchmark maintenance and identification on opportunities for better revenue and secure bookings.
  • Keep agencies and district informed on minimum guidelines based on internal liaison between trade and line.
  • Tariff updates on the system on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Forecast monitoring vs bookings vs actuals tracking.
  • System Quality check, to ensure that country/district follow though company’s best practices related to auto-freight and timely bookings.
  • Send tariffs to countries and analyze vs actuals.
  • Communicate contingencies.



Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Level – Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Very good command of English Language (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  • Spanish language (preferred)
  • MUST be able to commit to 20 hours per week, on-site, during normal business hours
  • MUST be attending college during the fall/spring academic year 2026/2027
